Retirement Announcement - Cindy De Graaff, OFCP Information & Referral Specialist

It is with a mix of emotions that I announce my retirement from the OFCP, which will begin in June 2025.

Serving alongside so many compassionate and dedicated individuals has been a true highlight of my 20 years here. I am incredibly proud of the meaningful impact we have made together in the lives of those we serve. Reflecting on my time here, I am filled with deep gratitude for the support, collaboration, and kindness I have received from my colleagues, the Board of Directors, and the entire membership.

While I've been fortunate to work in various roles, what I cherish most is the time spent listening to our members and understanding the unique challenges they face. It has been an honour to hear your stories and work together to find a path forward. I am constantly inspired by your strength and resilience, qualities that have taught me so much about being a better advocate. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.

Although stepping away is bittersweet, I am excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to supporting the OFCP in new ways as a lifelong advocate and friend.

Thank you all for your trust, encouragement, and shared passion for making a difference. I am eager to see all the wonderful things you will continue to achieve together.
