Complaints and Feedback

The Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy (OFCP) values feedback from our community and is committed to addressing concerns in a respectful, timely, and fair manner. If you have a concern or complaint about OFCP’s services, programs, or communications, we encourage you to contact us.


How to submit a complaint

Complaints should be submitted in writing and include:

  •  Your name and contact information
  • A description of the concern
  • Any relevant dates or details

OFCP will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five business days and will make every effort to respond within 20 business days.

If you require an alternate format or accommodation to submit a complaint, please let us know.

OFCP’s complaints are reviewed internally, and summary reports are shared annually with our Board of Directors.
