Assistive Devices Funding Program
enables Individual Members, children and adults, of the OFCP to access life-changing assistive devices and equipment.

ADFP applications can be submitted by email (option 1) or online (option 2).

What the Program Does?

The Assistive Devices Funding Program (ADFP) provides financial assistance for equipment for individual members of the OFCP.

Who is the Program for?

The Assistive Devices Funding Program is for persons with cerebral palsy of all ages in Ontario, who are individual members of the OFCP.
