PLANNING SERVICES PROGRAM
Planning Services is comprised of two distinct programs working together to support individuals and their families along their journey.
Person Centered Planning provides support, information, and referrals to adults with cerebral palsy in all areas of their lives.
The Long Term Planning and Support Program addresses family concerns about "What do I need to do now to prepare financially and socially for my son or daughter's future?" Through a contractual agreement with families, we provide lifetime supports to family members with cerebral palsy when the parents are no longer able.
