Day Program Funding Assistance
The purpose of the Day Program Funding Assistance Program is to provide opportunities to persons with cerebral palsy to participate in structured and meaningful activities in local communities of their choice. It is our hope that this assistance will allow individuals to learn new skills from literacy, arts and crafts, physical activities to life skills and more.
The Day Program Funding Assistance Program is available to persons with cerebral palsy in the province of Ontario whom are members of the OFCP. If you are not already an Individual Member, please fill out and send us the Individual Membership Application Form.

The Day Program Funding Assistance for 2011/2012 funding year is now closed. All of the funds have been allocated. Funding will re-open September 1st 2012. Applicants can check the website in August for the most up to date guidelines and application forms.
